Sourced from the Dara region in Sidama, Southern Ethiopia, Sidamo Dara Kebado Coffee stands out as one of the finest specialty coffees. This region, known for its ideal micro-climate and high elevations of 1800 meters and above, produces coffee with a truly unique flavor profile.

Grown by small-scale farmers who cultivate unique heirloom varieties on small plots of land, this coffee is processed with meticulous care. Through the natural (dry) processing method, only 100% ripe cherries are selected and dried on raised beds, enhancing the coffee’s intensely sweet aromatics and fruit-forward notes. Expect strawberry, blueberry, and apricot flavors with a velvety mouthfeel. The washed process further refines the profile, introducing delicate hints of jasmine, dried apricot, and citrus kumquat.
